If you need to cancel your order, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time. In case you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our snowballs, we will gladly issue a full refund. Please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery or pick-up of your order. We may request a photo of the product to understand the reason for the refund request.

In cases of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Keke's Snow Balls reserves the right to cancel or reschedule orders. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your order for a later date.
